Fried Whole mushrooms (champignons) is a delicious nutritious dish for vegetarians.
– Mushrooms – 300g
– Salt – 1 tsp (to taste)
– Paprika – 1/2 tsp.
– Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
– Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
– Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Rinse the mushrooms. Add salt and spices, mix well. Fry in a frying pan on all sides, stirring occasionally. Done! Bon Appetit!
