Easy & Delicious Vegan Overnight Oats Recipe

Overnight oats are just a nice variation on warm oats, since these are eaten cold. Some overnight oats recipes I’ve found sort of taste like a chilled disappointment, but not this one! It’s pretty freaking delicious.

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup plant milk (I used unsweetened cashew milk. However almond or soy milk will work too)
Banana slices (I used half of a banana)
1 tsp chia seeds
Vanilla extract, sweetener of choice, and cinnamon to taste
Sliced strawberries
** Store in a mason jar in the fridge overnight and covered. Enjoy the next morning! It will be much more thick.
