Dry sautéing mushrooms in their own liquid for vegetarian lasagna–This worked. It seems like they'll keep sticking to the pan, but then the mushroom's own juice comes out and keeps them from sticking. Also, you can drain the juice and use it for another recipe–stock or making rice, etc.
