Aloo Mattar (Potatoes and Peas) Recipe , Indian Vegetarian Cuisine

– 1 & 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
– 1 cup Green Peas
– 3 Potatoes
– 1 tbsp Cream / Malai/optional
– 1 small piece Ginger
– 2 cloves Garlic
– 1 Green Chilli
– 3/4 tsp Garam Masala/optional
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
– 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– Salt
– 1 chopped small Onion
– 1 tsp Sugar
– 1 tbsp Oil
– Coriander Leaves
