Recipe 1 Chattippathiri

Ingridients

Egg (Beated) -5
cardamom-1 tsp
sugar – 3 cup
Maida -1 cup
egg- 1
water,salt – as required
boiled egg – 3
cardamom – ¼ cup
sugar -1/4 cup
crystal sugar-1/2 cup
poppy seeds-1/2 tsp
casewnut,raisins-1 cup
small onion -2 tsp
ghee -1/4 cup

preparations

Fry small onion in ghee
Prepare a batter with1 egg ,maida,salt with water, as dosa dough consistency
Crush the 3 boiled egg with cardamom,sugar.
Toast it in the ghee
Mix the ghee and onion in batter.
Heat tava. pout the batter and spread widely. No need to flip
Shift it into another fry pan.
Pour 4 spoon full beated egg mix over the dosa
Spread the toasted egg over it
Add cashew nut and raisins
Sprinkle the sugar crystals
Make some more dosas and repeat the same process with the filling
At the top portion sprinkle the poppy seeds
Cook the fry pan again in low flame for 30 min
Flip it upside down and cook for a while
Shift it to serving bowl

Recipe 2 Custard Fruit Salad

Ingridients

milk-1/2 ltr
sugar- 1 ½ cup
custard powder- 2 tsp
fruits cut into small pieces

For sugar syrup

Heat 1 cup of water
Add sugar 1 in it. stir well
Turn off the fire when the liquid form becomes thicker
Add the fruits into the sugar syrup

Preparations
Add milk and sugar,custard powder in a pan
Stir well without any lumps and light the fire.
When the milk becomes thicker turn off the fire
Pour the custard into the fruits and set aside
Chill in fridge for half an hour
