Cucumber & Radish Salad, Healthy Salad Recipe – Салат с редисом и огурцами рецепт



How to make Healthy Cucumber and radish salad. This is one my favourite salads to eat in summer time! It brings me back to my childhood memories when I was sitting in my Babushkas ( grandma) garden and waiting for her to make this for me. She would pick home grown cucumbers, radish and dill from her garden and the taste was unforgettable! Today I will show you how to make a very quick, easy and super healthy summer salad! Sometimes simple things are the best! This salad goes really well with any protein dish, at BBQ parties, as a side dish! I usually eat this as a main course.

We will need:
1 large cucumber or 3 small ones
1 handful of radishes
3 tbsp of sour cream
1 bunch of fresh dill
Salt & Pepper

To make this salad :
Step 1: Wash your radish from all the sand and cut off the end bits. Thinly slice your radish into disks.
Step 2 : Wash your cucumber and cut in half. Cut thin slices and add to a large bowl with the radish.
Step 3 : Wash and finely chop your dill. in a different bowl, combine your sour cream with dill, salt and pepper.
Step 4: Mix the sour cream sauce with the fresh vegetables and serve. If you are not eating the salad straight away, place it in the fridge and add the sauce just before serving.

Cалат из редиски обычно мы начинаем готовить весной, в начале лета, когда не только истосковавшийся по весенней зелени организм требует чего-то свежего и хрустящего, но и просто по-человечески хочется похрумкать какой-то овощной салатик. Готовить такой салат с редиской очень просто. А вкус у него свежий и вполне сытный.

Нам понадобится :
1 большой огурец или 3 маленьких
1 горсть редиски
3 столовые ложки сметаны
1 пучок свежего укропа
Соль Перец
