Sweet Vermicelli Recipe | Misti Seviyan | Indian Sweet Dish Recipe

Vermicelli – 200gm,
Clarified butter – 1/2 Cup,
Sugar – 1/2 cup,
Almond – 1 tbsp Skinless,
Raisin – 1 tbsp,
Pesta – 1 tbsp,

Roast the vermicelli without oil, till light brown.

Add clarified butter into it and fry for another 2 min.

Add sugar and water mix nicely. Cover it for 10 min.

When reduce all the water from the dish and vermicelli become nice and soft turn off the flame.

Serve hot.
