Kung Pao Chicken Recipe-Chinese Cooking-Dinner for 2


2 TBS of chopped green onion
6 pieces of dried hot chili
1/4 cup of roasted salted peanut
1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers
10 oz of boneless and skinless chicken breast(marinated with 1 egg white and 2 TBS of cornstarch)
3 tsp of vegetable cooking oil
1 tsp of minced ginger and 1 tsp of minced garlic
4 tsp of sherry cooking wine
1 1/2 tsp of oyster sauce
1 TBS – 1 1/2TBS of soy sauce to taste
2 oz of chicken stock
1 TBS of cornstarch dissolve in 2 oz of water
1 tsp of sesame oil
