Ingredients used:

3 tbsp – oil
½ tsp – jeera (cumin seed)
6 to 7 – garlic pods (crushed)
½ inch – ginger (crushed)
4 to 5 – green chilly (crushed)
A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
½ tsp – haldi (turmeric powder)
Spring onion (chop & wash using strainer)
Salt as per taste
¼ cup – toor dal (soaked 1 hour)
1 tbsp – chana atta (gram flour)
