Crispy Nilasing Na Hipon is a fried shrimp dish wherein the shrimp is marinated in spices and wine before being dredged in flour, corn starch and cayenne pepper powder.

This is a Filipino appetizer dish, although it can also be enjoyed as a main dish with a side dish of white rice. It is best eaten with spicy vinegar. Yummy!
