KETO SCONES RECIPE | KETO PUMPKIN SCONES | Keto Starbucks Copycat Recipe

My all time favorite pumpkin treat at Starbucks (besides the Pumpkin Spice Latte) is the Pumpkin Scone. OMMMGenius! It is soft and pumpkiny on the inside and the glaze…the glaze, well I could just scrape that off with my teeth and eat it. It’s sooo good. I’m sure there are about 60 grams of carbs in one of those pumpkin scones, so it’s off limits.

But I decided to make my own Keto Pumpkin Scone with pumpkin spice glaze. This is actually a keto pumpkin ginger scone, but if you aren’t a fan of ginger, you can always leave that out. This keto scone recipe is perfect for those chilly mornings when you want a hot coffee and sweet pumpkin treat for breakfast. These low carb scones are great for any meal. In fact, I had one of these keto scones for dinner the other night.
