Full Day of Eating KETO Low Carb and Cloud Bread Recipe – VLCD to lose 150 pounds!
I have had a lot of serious health issues for the past three years. I also had a baby during that time! I am back and on a determined quest to lose all the weight and for good this time. I have lost 100 pounds two times! The first time, I was on a low carb diet for over two years. I have learned how my body works on this diet, and what the best ways are for losing weight quickly but still safely. I am doing keto and low carb. Some days my macros are not perfect but I always stay under 20 grams of carbs. Today, I let you see what I am eating on my low carb keto diet, that also includes smaller portions and lower calories! I am eating less than 1,000 calories a day. So far, so good! Next week I will tell you how I’m doing on the first month of this diet. Here’s a hint: I’ve lost a LOT of weight so far!

This is my journey to lose over 100 pounds.
My highest weight: 365 pounds. Lowest weight was 225. Weight gain during pregnancy….
