  • Sean I bet if you calculated all the sodium in your pizza it would be double of what your wife's pizza was. One area I see heart patients have issues with is sodium. Many of those times their diets are high in sodium because of their cheese consumption. The serving size for cheese is small so all that sodium adds up. It's up there with highly processed foods.
