As a personal trainer and fitness nutritionist, my recipes were mostly inspired by my clients. They wanted to lose weight but hated the thought of giving up the foods they loved and craved, so I designed “healthier versions” of those foods. These healthy alternative recipes that I’ve compiled are easy and full of flavor. They are gluten free, corn free, organic, free of processed ingredients, use only pure maple syrup and honey as sugar and always have vegetarian options. The best part is that they’re simple to prepare, limiting the time spent in the kitchen. So take the first step to achieving your weight loss dreams. Get back to the basics and find pleasure in eating “real” food again—make it sustainable—make it a lifestyle! Bon Appetit Y’all!
