Ingredients
For Dough
2 3/4 cups of Sweet Rice Flour or Glutinous Rice Flour
1 1/4 cup of Water
4 tbsp of Palm Sugar
1/4 tsp of Salt

For Filling
1 cup of Ripe Mung Bean
Soaked in Water for 2 hrs
steam for 20-22 mins
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 cup of Shredded Coconut
3/4 cup of Palm Sugar
1/2 cup of Coconut Milk

oil for deepfry
1/2 cup of White Sesame Seeds
dough makes 15 sesame balls
fry for 30 minutes at medium-low heat
