Happy Friday,it is Recipe time again,today`s recipe is a sweet Dessert for you guys
It`s a Malaysian Traditional Dessert known as Pulut Inti ( Glutinous Rice with Sweet CoconutTopping) its a very simple dessert wrapped in a Banana Leaf
Hope you are enjoying my cooking recipes,i will list down the ingredients according to accurate recipe measurement much better as it goes

Ingredients:
1-1 1/2 Cup of Glutinous Rice
3/4 Cup of Coconut Milk
1 TeaSpoon of Salt
3 Slices of Pandan Leaf

Sweet Coconut Topping
5-10 TableSpoon of Grated Coconut (White)
8-10 TeaSpoon DarkBrown Sugar
1/2 Sliced Pandan Leaf
1TBSP of Butter

Average Preparation 20 Minutes
Average Cook Time 25 Minutes
