Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken ½ kg
-Dahi (Yogurt) Whisked ½ Cup
-Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 large
-Badam & Kaju (Almonds & Cashew) grinded 7 + 4
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chili) 1 & ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Oil 3-4 tbs
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) 2-3
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 1

Directions:
-In bowl,add chicken,yogurt,tomato paste,fried onion,almond & cashew grinded,kashmiri red chili, coriander powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,whole spice powder,ginger garlic paste and salt,mix well and marinate for 3-4 hours.
-In pot,add oil and cloves,cinnamon sticks and cardamom,saute for a minute,add marinated chicken and spread chicken in a wide pan,add mint leaves,coriander,green chili and mix,cover and cook until chicken is done (low flame 25-30 minutes approx.).

Directions:
-Bowl mein chicken,dahi,tomato paste,fried pyaz,badam & kaju grinded,kashmiri lal mirch,dhania powder,haldee powder,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,adrak lehsan paste aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Pot mein oil aur laung,darchini aur hari elaichi dal ker 1 minute kliya saute karein,wide pan mein marinated chicken dal ker pheela lein,podina,hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker mix karein,dhak ker halki ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes approx.).
