Chicken Fried Rice Recipe Video in Hindi – Urdu

Chicken marination ke liye (For chicken marination):

Ingredients:

Chicken: 150 grams
Bareek namak (salt): 1/4th teaspoon
Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder): 1/4th teaspoon
Cornflour: 1 tablespoon
Ande ki safedi (egg white): 1
Tel (oil): 3 tablespoons

Procedure:

1. Chicken ke lambai se bareek pieces ya strips kaat lijiye (agar bones ke saath chicken lenge, ise gala lijiye aur baad mein gosht ko alag kar lijiye aur ek tablespoon tel mein bhoon lijiye).

2. Chicken ke is strips mein bareek namak, kali mirch powder, cornflour aur ande ki safedi daliye.

3. Achhi tarah se milakar rakh lijiye.

4. Pan mein tel daliye. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, is mein chicken ke strips daliye.

5. Dhakkan dhak dijiye aur dheemi aanch par 2 minutes ke liye pakaiyye.

6. Chicken ko doosri taraf bhi aise hi tal lijiye aur nikal lijiye.

7. Chipke hue strips ko alag kar lijiye.

Final preparation:

Basmati rice: 250 grams
Ande (eggs): 2
Safed pyaz ki patti kati hui (chopped white spring onions): 2 tablespoons
Kati hui lehsan (chopped garlic): 1 ½ tablespoon
Bareek kati hui binis ki phalli (chopped beans): 3 tablespoons
Bareek kata hua gajar (chopped carrot): 2 ½ tablespoons
Sabz/hari pyaz ki patti (chopped green spring onions): 1 cup
Bareek namak (salt): 2 pinches + ½ teaspoon
Safed mirch/white pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
Sirka/vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Ajinomoto: 1/4th teaspoon (optional)
Tel (oil): 2 tablespoons

Procedure:

1. Chawal ko paka kar plate mein phaila lijie aur thanda hone ke liye rakh dijiye.

2. Usi tel mein, jis mein humne chicken tala tha, ande daliye.

3. Do chutki namak in par daliye aur andon ko dono taraf tal lijiye aur inhe alag karke chhote pieces kar lijiye.

4. Doosre pan mein do tablespoon tel daliye.

5. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, is mein kati hui safed pyaz ki patti daliye, kati hui lehsan daliye aur 30 seconds tak bhuniye.

6. Kati hui binis ki phalli, kata hua gajar, kati hui sabz pyaz ya hari pyaz ki patti aur pake hue chawal daliye.

7. Aadha teaspoon bareek namak, safed mirch ya white pepper powder, vinegar ya sirka daliye.

8. Do minute tak ise bhuniye.

9. Tale hue ande ke pieces daliye.

10. Tale hue chicken strips daliye.

11. Ajinomoto is mein daliye.

12. Achhi tarah se milakar aanch band kar dijiye.
