মুরগির কলিজার পাকোড়া বা পিয়াজি, Chicken liver pakora recipe, liver piyaji #INGREDIENTS:

1. 3 boiled chicken liver (boiled 15 minutes with some ginger garlic paste, salt and water)
2. ½ cup mashed red lentil
3. ½ cup chopped onion
4. 1 tbsp garlic paste
5. Some chopped coriander leaves
6. 5-6 piece chopped green chili
7. 1 tsp salt
8. ½ tsp turmeric powder
9. ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
10. 1 cup oil for deep fry

মুরগির কলিজার পাকোড়া বা পিয়াজি, Chicken liver pakora recipe, liver piyaji #PROCEDURE:

1. In a large bowl, add boiled liver. Mash this slightly with hand.

2. Then add one by one mashed masoor daal, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, turmeric powder, green chili and cumin powder with mashed chicken liver. Mix all properly.

3. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Again mix all properly.

4. For frying, heat oil in a pan. Take some batter, shape like piyaji or pakora and then pour in hot oil.

5. Keep flame medium in this time. 3-4 minutes later, flip all pakora. Fry both sides until golden brown colour. This will take total 7-8 minute to proper fry.

6. After frying, drain oil with a sieve. Transfer chicken liver pakora in a plate with a kitchen tissue to absorb extra oil. Serve and enjoy this crispy pakora in tea time.
