Quick & easy leftover recipe Bread Upma is going to save your morning time & will make the breakfast more interesting & delicious. Try this interesting Bread Upma recipe at home with ingredients which are easily available at home.
Bread 6 nos
Oil 1 Tbsp
Musratd seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 Tbsp
Chana dal 1 Tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Green chillies chopped 2-3 nos
Curry leaves 10-12
Onion chopped 1 large
Peanuts 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 1 large
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp
Cut the bread slices into cubes and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chann dal, ginger, chillies, curry leaves, onion, and sauté for 2-3 mins.
Add peanuts, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
Add the bread cubes, mix well and sauté for 2-3 mins. Sprinkle water if required.
Add chopped coriander and mix well
Remove from heat and Transfer to a serving bowl,
garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
