Ingredients :-

250 gm Sevai / Vermicelli
150 gm (Carrot, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Matar)
2 Green Chillies
2 Onion Chopped
1 Tomato Chopped
1 Tsp Ginger, Garlic Paste
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
Taste To salt
1 tsp Schezwan Rice Masala
1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp oil
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
1 tsp Ghee
Some Water
