1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
800g Capsicum
1 cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
2 tsp. Semolina
3 Tbsp. Coriander
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
500g Mince (of your choice)
1 cup Grated Coconut
¼ cup Onion
¼” Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp. Garam Masala
Salt to Taste

Serves: 5 -6
Preparation Time: 45 mins
