Air Fryer BBQ Cauliflower Bites Vegan GF Low Fat



Hey guys! Thank you for stopping by and checkin out this recipe. My family loves this cauliflower recipe and I make it at least once a week!

If you do not have an air fryer, I will write down the oven instructions on the bottom! Enjoy and as always, if you have any questions or comments leave it below!

Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice flour ( I also use different flours like all purpose, oats and even chickpea flour. All comes out great)
1 1/2 cup water or your liquid of choice
1 cup breadcrumbs * make GF flour using GF bread like Udi, Ezekiel, etc.
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
12 oz bag of cauliflower cut up or a whole cauliflower that you cut into bite size pieces
homemade bbq sauce
this is what I used recently and it was good!

For the oven:
preheat the oven for 350. follow the directions in the video and bake for 15 minutes.
once it’s done add the sauce and bake for another 5 minutes!

I use the Go Wise air fryer and absolutely love it! This is the 2nd most used kitchen gadget in my house. Not only does it help with not cooking with any oil, it is not loud and a perfect size for my family!
