If you have been subscribed to my channel for a while, you know I posted this salad recipe a few years ago. I recorded it again to make it more enjoyable for you to watch. 🙂 It is one of my favorite seasonal salads. I use fresh & sweet Napa cabbage from the garden & green onions.

Here are the ingredients for 2 Servings:

1 Head Napa Cabbage, torn
1 Brick Ramen Noodles
1/2 Cup Roasted Cashews
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds (White and/or Black)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 English Cucumber
1/2 Cup Green Onion

1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 Cup Safflower Oil
1 t Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Inch Piece of Fresh Ginger & 1 Clove Garlic (if using an everyday blender, grate them first so it blends well into the dressing)
Pinch Salt
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce (if using light soy, omit the pinch salt)
1 Tablespoon of Honey (or to taste – I like it a little sweet so I use about 2 T)

This recipe was originally inspired from an online recipe which I no longer have, but I make it every year and this is my version. Enjoy!
