Russian Dressing
2 tbsp = 0.9g carbs (0.8g net carbs)

Oil & Vinegar
2 tbsp = 0g carbs


Russian Dressing
¾ cup olive or avocado based mayonnaise
¼ cup unsweetened or reduced sugar ketchup
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp curley leaf parsley, chopped
2 tsp horseradish (heaping)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Oil & Vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup vinegar (apple cider, red wine, white wine, coconut, etc)
½ tsp fine sea salt
¼ tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a sealable container and shake. If adding garlic, shallots or fresh herbs, store in refrigerator and use within 7 days.
