Seafood Paella! Part 1 of 2



This is a special dish and quite close to my heart. When I had my catering business, I always had leftover Spanish rice. So I would add saffron liquid to reheat, along with chicken, sausage, shrimp, crab, fish, mushrooms, in a cast iron skillet. It’s how I’ve always made it. Its so delicious and can be used as a side dish as well as a main dish. Enjoy!!
