Helicopter Catfish Head Recipe/Boal Macher Muri Ghonto /Bangladeshi Muri Ghonto Recipe is a cuisine so delicious dish, main two ingredients are helicopter fish head & mashed potato. Try it & enjoy the amazing taste

Ingredients:
* Helicopter catfish head & tail 200-250 gm.
* Potato 350 gm
* Large onion 1
* Ginger 1 inch size
* Garlic 4 cloves
* Cumin ½ tsp
* Green chilly
* Cilantro 1tbsp
* Bay leaf 1
* Chilly powder 1.5 hipped tsp
* Turmeric powder ¾ tsp
* Coriander powder 1 tsp
* Gorom moshla powder 1 tsp (cinnamon, cardamom, clove powder)
* Oil
* Salt
*** Amount of chilly & salt according to your taste

Procedure:
* Clean fish
* Boil potato & mash it.
* Crash ginger, garlic & cumin in mortar (you can use paste)
* Mix chilly, turmeric, coriander powder & salt with fish & fry it (shallow fry)
* Place a pan with oil on burner
* Add bay leaf, crashed ginger, garlic & onion, fry till light golden
* Add chilly, turmeric, coriander, gorom moshla powder & salt
* Stir for 20 sec. add little bit water to avoid burning of spices
* Add mashed potato, stir several minutes
* Add fish & stir
* Add 300 ml water
* Cook for 15 minutes (medium heat)
* Add green chilly & cilantro at the end of cooking. Amount of gravy according to your choice
* Transfer to serving bowl
