Pomfret fishes – 2 pieces
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp.
Kalonji – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Green chilles – 2-3 pies
Mustard seeds / white Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp (with some water blend it in blender for 3 minutes)
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Curd/ Doi – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 4-5 pieces
Green Chilies – 3-4 pieces
