Aloo Biryani Recipe:

Rice/Chawal: 1.5 Cups
Potato/Aloo: 2 large
Onions/Piaz: 1 large
Cloves/Laung: 6
Green Cardamom/Hari Alaichi: 4
Bay Leaves: 2
Cinnamon: 2 inch stick
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch: 1 tsp
Curd/Dahi: 1/2 cup
Pure Ghee/Desi Ghee: 1tbsp
GingerGarlic Paste: 1tsp
Turmeric/Haldi Powder: 1/4tsp
Salt/Namak: 1/2tsp
Red Chilli Powder/Laal Mirch: 1tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2tbs
Green Chili: 4
chopped Coriander leaves/Dhania: few
mint leaves: few
few saffron strands soaked in milk
