RECIPES
Waffles
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup plant mylk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
(optional) 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender to form a batter, then cook! They are ready to flip when bubbles form on one side.

Pancakes
1/2 cup banana
1 1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup plant mylk
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
(optional) 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
3 cups cauliflower florets
3 cups oat flour
1 flax egg (3 tbsp ground flax + 2 tbsp water)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (or more)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano

Bake your dough at 400F for 25 minutes or until crust is formed, then add your toppings and bake at 375 for another 5-10 minutes or until toppings are cooked.
